In South island such as Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown and Nelson
urban delivery is available for $13.99, while rural delivery is set at $19.99.

As we rely on third-party delivery services like NZPost or PostHaste , once the parcel is handed over to them, we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Chows Mart, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you purchase any products from our online store that you no longer need, you can return them within 3 days of purchase under approval from management. Please ensure the product is unopened, does not require refrigeration or freezing, and is a minimum of 3 days away from its expiry or best before date. Kindly note that you will need to arrange your own courier to send the product back to us.
