Rice Cooker (One rice coooker cup =180ml)
- Wash 2 cups of rice, drain and put into the rice cooker
- Add 2 cups of water, let stand for 30mins, then turn on
- Once it has finished cooking, let it stand , covered, for 15 mins
- Put rice onto a non metalic tray and sprinkle with 80ml sushi vinegar
- Stir with a gentle chopping motion using a non-metrallic spoon
- Allow the rice to cool before making sushi.
